We travel up to 100km from Toronto — covering the entire Greater Toronto Area and beyond, including Hamilton, Barrie, Oshawa, and all communities in between. Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from the date of your confirmed order. Custom manufacturing generally takes 10–14 business days, and we schedule your installation appointment at the time you place your order so you know exactly when to expect us. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee — ask your consultant if timing is critical.

Store-bought blinds come in fixed widths that are cut down, leaving visible light gaps on both sides, uneven alignment, and an appearance that immediately signals a compromise. No — we don't have a public showroom and you never need to visit one. Our entire service is delivered in your home. Our consultants bring comprehensive sample books covering all product categories — fabrics, colours, textures, hardware, and operating systems. Seeing samples in your own home, under your own lighting conditions, consistently produces far better results and far less regret than choosing in a showroom environment.

We stock a comprehensive range of cordless and motorized options that fully comply with all current Canadian and North American child safety standards. Corded blinds and shades can pose serious risks to young children, and we always recommend and prioritize cordless and motorized alternatives for any home with children under 10 or pets.
Our motorized systems integrate with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, SmartThings, Home Assistant, and the Somfy TaHoma ecosystem. We carry both battery-powered motors (no electrician required, USB-C rechargeable) and hardwired motors (for permanent installations). Yes. Our products carry manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship — warranty periods vary by product category and are outlined in your quote. Our installation is unconditionally guaranteed: if anything is not correct after we install, we return at no charge and make it right. We also provide ongoing after-sales support, adjustments, and maintenance advice for the lifetime of your window coverings.
Yes — full-home projects are one of our specialties and something we genuinely enjoy. We regularly complete projects covering 15, 20, or more windows, including projects coordinated with interior designers, builders, and contractors. Our consultants are experienced at developing a cohesive design scheme across an entire home, ensuring products and fabrics work together harmoniously from room to room.
In most cases, yes. Our repair team works on blinds and drapery from all manufacturers and retailers, provided replacement parts are available. We'll assess the damage during a home visit and give you an honest quote. If the repair is not cost-effective, we'll tell you that and provide a competitive quote on new custom replacements.
